If you are using Steady State flow and not EPS Flow you should do the following:

1. Define your Base Flow in either Load1 or Load2 for the loading manhole,

2. Select Peakable Base Flow as the Load Type

3. Define your Alternate Peaking Curve under the Tab Peaking in the Run Manager Simulation Options Dialog
